Knock Diocesan Pilgrimage

What to Expect

The Diocese of Ferns organizes an annual pilgrimage to the National Marian Shrine in Knock, one of Ireland’s most important pilgrimage destinations. Led by Pilgrimage Director V Rev Gerald O’Leary, this is a spiritual journey for the faithful from across the diocese. Participants gather for prayer, Mass, and reflection at the shrine dedicated to apparitions of the Virgin Mary.

Getting There

Knock is located in Co. Mayo, approximately 50 miles north of Wexford town. Travel can be arranged through the diocese or participants can make their own arrangements.
