The Navan branch of Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann organises traditional Irish music sessions around Navan town on a weekly basis. The regular Wednesday night session takes place at The Lantern on Watergate Street at 9:30pm, and a Sunday family session runs at The Central on Trimgate Street from 7pm to 9pm (suspended in winter, typically running spring through autumn). The branch also provides tuition classes at Beaufort College on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings in instruments including fiddle, flute, tin whistle, banjo, button accordion, and concertina, as well as set dancing and ceili classes.

Sunday family session: The Central, Trimgate Street, Navan, 7pm-9pm (spring/summer)
Both sessions are free and open to musicians and listeners
