What to Expect

Trim-based artisan food business PlatterbyLu sets up a pop-up “Build Your Own Cheese Box Bar” at The Malthouse during the town’s midsummer festival weekend, running 10am to 3pm each day (Friday to Sunday, 19-21 June 2026). Customers can browse and assemble their own take-away cheese boxes from a selection of Irish and European cheeses, charcuterie, and accompaniments. The event runs alongside both the Midsummer Jazz and Blues Weekend and the Trim Haymaking Festival, making the town centre a lively destination for food and culture.
