PlatterbyLu - the Trim-based artisan cheese and charcuterie business - brings a pop-up cheese and wine bar to the Hinterland literary and arts festival in Kells. Running Sunday 28 to Tuesday 30 June 2026 from 5pm to 9pm, the pop-up is located in the Kells town centre festival footprint. Guests can enjoy curated cheese and wine combinations alongside the festival programme of talks, readings and performances.
