What to Expect

Rebel City Distillery is Cork City’s first working distillery in over 50 years, set in a repurposed Ford Car Factory at the Marina Commercial Park. Tours last approximately 75 minutes and begin with a welcome gin and tonic. Guides explain the distillery’s craft production methods, the unique botanicals used in their gins, and the history of distilling in Cork. The tour ends with a tasting of their signature spirits including gin and absinthe. Additional experiences include cocktail masterclasses and the monthly Gin and Sin evening event.

• Tours run Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 12:00, 14:00 and 16:00; occasional 18:00 slots also available.
• Walk-ins not accepted - pre-booking required.

Rebel City Distillery is at Marina Commercial Park on Centre Park Road, approximately a 20-minute walk from Cork City centre or a short taxi ride.
