What to Expect

Schull Country Market is a beloved weekly gathering in the harbour village of Schull, running every Sunday from Easter to late September. All stallholders live within 40 miles of Schull, making this one of the most genuinely local markets in Ireland. Produce on offer includes freshly harvested vegetables and salads from Lisheen Greens, Gubbeen farmhouse cheese and cured meats from the Ferguson family, home-baked breads and cakes, West Cork honey, chutneys, jams and street food including Breton crepes, falafel wraps and steak sandwiches. Red Strand Coffee serves freshly roasted coffee on site.

Getting There

Schull is approximately 100 km west of Cork City on the R592. Bus Eireann serves Schull from Skibbereen; a car is recommended from Cork City.
