What to Expect

Tipsy Tea is Rebel City Distillery’s gin-themed twist on afternoon tea. The experience begins with a guided distillery tour explaining how Maharani Gin is made using botanicals sourced from India. Guests then sit down to freshly brewed afternoon tea spiked with Maharani Gin, accompanied by a selection of finger food and spiced treats. A complimentary gin and tonic and a tasting of the distillery’s absinthe - the only one produced in Ireland - round off the afternoon.

Rebel City Distillery is at Marina Commercial Park on Centre Park Road, approximately a 20-minute walk from Cork City centre or a short taxi ride.
