Tullow Parkrun - Free Weekly 5k at Rathwood Every Saturday

What to Expect

Tullow Parkrun is a free, friendly weekly 5k at Rathwood forest park, Rath, near Tullow every Saturday at 9:30am. The course runs on a mixture of tarmac paths, trail and grass through a beautiful forest setting, with two laps of a forest loop that includes a circuit of the duck pond. Participants can run, jog, walk, or volunteer. After the event, many participants meet at the Rathwood garden centre cafe for coffee and conversation.

Good to Know

• Every Saturday at 9:30am; free but registration at parkrun.ie/tullow/ is required before your first visit

• Bring a scannable barcode (print or phone); suitable for all abilities including children

• Cafe at Rathwood garden centre available afterwards

Getting There

Rathwood forest park is at Rath, Tullow, Co. Carlow (Eircode R93 X3F9), signposted from the Tullow area. Parking is available at the forest park.
