The Vintage Flea and Craft Market returns to the Ulster Canal Stores in Clones on Saturday, 8 August 2026, with more than 60 stalls of vintage clothing, antiques and handmade crafts filling the visitor centre. It is a periodic market rather than a fixed weekly or monthly one, and it last ran in the same building on 6 June 2026. Entry is free to browse, and stallholders set their own prices for what they sell, from clothing rails to trays of home baking.
Stallholders set up through the ground floor of the Ulster Canal Stores, a restored nineteenth-century canal storehouse in the centre of Clones. Past markets here have run to more than 60 stalls, covering vintage and designer clothing, antiques and collectibles, handmade crafts, jewellery, limited-edition prints, upcycled furniture, original movie posters, fresh flowers and home baking. Because stallholders book in market by market rather than holding a permanent pitch, the exact line-up shifts each time, though the mix of categories tends to repeat. Home bakers in particular tend to sell out early, so an earlier arrival helps if food is the priority rather than an afterthought. The market shares its building with the Clones Lace Museum, a small permanent exhibition on the town’s crochet lace industry, so a visit can combine an hour of stall-browsing with a look at the lace collection without any separate admission charge for either.
The Ulster Canal Stores sits on Cara Street in the centre of Clones, a short walk from the Diamond and the town’s main car parks.
