Waterford Chamber of Commerce runs a Sustainability Breakfast, sponsored by AIB, at the Viking Hotel Waterford on Wednesday, 30 September 2026, from 8:30am to 11am. The event follows the Chamber’s usual breakfast-briefing format: an early start with food and coffee laid on, aimed at business owners and managers who want practical information before the working day gets going, rather than an evening event competing with family time.
