Sinderella, a touring adults-only pantomime, comes to the Dean Crowe Theatre in Athlone on Friday, 9 October 2026 at 8pm. Marketed by the venue as a grown-up take on the traditional Christmas panto format, it takes the familiar Cinderella story and rebuilds it with adult humour and innuendo aimed squarely at a night out for the over-18s rather than a family audience. It is one of a run of comedy and variety nights the theatre programmes outside its main autumn drama season.
