What to Expect

The 5 Week Summer Cookery Course at Ballymaloe Cookery School is a condensed version of the world-renowned 12-week certificate programme, designed for those who want an immersive cooking experience during the Irish summer. Students work through a wide range of techniques, cuisines and styles in the fully-equipped demonstration kitchens on the Ballymaloe estate. Time is also spent in the farm dairy, glasshouse, fermentory and bakery exploring the full food chain from production to plate.
