What to Expect

Booka Shade are Walter Merziger and Arno Kammermeier, a German duo who have been making intelligent, groove-driven electronic music since the mid-1990s. Their sound sits at the intersection of minimal techno, house and electronic pop, with a warmth that distinguishes them from more purely functional dance music. Their Dublin shows have consistently drawn strong audiences and delivered strong nights.

The Button Factory show on 11 July 2026 is presented by Selective Memory and described by the duo as their last Dublin show for a while, giving it a particular significance for anyone who has followed their work here. Doors at 7:30pm, show runs to 10:30pm.
