Carlow Junior Parkrun

What to Expect

Carlow Junior Parkrun is a free, weekly 2km timed run for children aged 4 to 14 held every Saturday morning at Carlow Town Park. The event is volunteer-led and welcomes children of all abilities - walkers, joggers and runners alike. Children must be accompanied by a participating adult. Registration on the parkrun website is required but free.

Good to Know

• Every Saturday at 9:30am, 52 weeks a year (check parkrun.ie for any cancellations).

• Venue: Carlow Town Park, Carlow Town.

• Free - but you must register once at junior.parkrun.com to get a barcode.

• Bring your barcode to every event to record your time.

Getting There

Carlow Town Park is a short walk from Carlow Town centre. Parking is available along the road outside the park.
