Tullow Parkrun - Weekly Free 5k at Rathwood

What to Expect

Tullow parkrun is a free, timed 5k event held every Saturday morning at Rathwood in Tullow, Co. Carlow. The 5km course runs on a mix of tarmac paths, trail paths and grass, looping around Rathwood Rath. The event is entirely volunteer-run and welcomes walkers, joggers and runners of all paces. After each run, participants typically gather for coffee in the Rathwood garden centre cafe. Registration is free and only required once at parkrun.ie.

Getting There

Rathwood is located on the Rathvilly Road outside Tullow, signposted from the N81. Ample free parking on-site.
