What to Expect

Visual Carlow, the county’s main contemporary arts centre, runs regular free family art workshops for children, usually tied to the current exhibition on show. Children explore art-making techniques guided by a facilitator, and sessions are suitable for ages 5 and up. Parents and guardians are welcome to participate.

• Weekend workshops run on selected Saturdays and Sundays, approximately 11:00am to 1:00pm.

• Venue: Visual Carlow, Old Dublin Road, Carlow Town.

Visual Carlow is on the Old Dublin Road, a short walk from Carlow Town centre. Street parking is available outside.
