Summer Reading Programme - Cork County Libraries 2026

What to Expect

Cork County Libraries takes part in the national Summer Stars reading programme from June through August 2026. Children across Co. Cork can register at their local branch library and receive a reading pack to track their summer reading. Branches across the county including Cobh, Midleton, Mallow, Macroom, Skibbereen, Bantry, Clonakilty, and Fermoy run their own children’s events, storytime sessions, and craft activities alongside the reading challenge throughout the summer.
