The BRAVE programme at the Museum of Free Derry is a structured civic engagement and education initiative running from June to November 2026. Hosted at the museum at 55 Glenfada Park in the Bogside, the programme brings together community groups, young people, and individuals interested in the history of civil rights, conflict, and community activism in Derry. The museum’s full multi-media exhibition covers the Battle of the Bogside, Internment, Bloody Sunday, and related events. During the summer months (June, July, August) local residents can avail of free admission every Monday, and students receive half-price entry on all visits.
The museum is in the Bogside area of Derry, a short walk from the city walls at Free Derry Corner. On-street parking is available nearby on Glenfada Park.
