Jarlath Regan: Gas Man at Pavilion Theatre

At Pavilion Theatre · Marine Road, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin

Stand-up comedian mid-story on the Pavilion Theatre stage

What to Expect

Comedian and podcaster Jarlath Regan brings a brand new stand-up show, Gas Man, to the Pavilion Theatre in Dun Laoghaire for two nights, Friday 4 and Saturday 5 September 2026. Regan, known to Irish audiences both for his stand-up and for his long-running interview podcast, returns with a full hour built on his familiar mix of observational material and shaggy-dog storytelling.

The Pavilion’s own listing promises material “packed with his unique brand of observational material and ridiculous stories,” continuing the conversational, story-led style Regan has built his stand-up reputation on over more than a decade of touring. Both nights are staged in the Pavilion’s compact main auditorium, a venue that suits Regan’s chatty, room-reading approach better than a large arena setting would.

The show carries a 16+ age recommendation in line with typical adult stand-up content, and both performances start at 8pm. Given the show is running across two consecutive nights at a relatively small venue, demand for either date is worth checking early, particularly since two-night stand-up runs in Dun Laoghaire tend to sell through as word spreads after the first night.

Tickets are priced at €29 plus a €1 booking fee, bookable directly through the Pavilion Theatre website or box office. The Pavilion is a favourite stop for Irish comedians doing a short regional run outside the bigger Dublin city venues, and its intimate scale means even the back rows are close to the stage.
