At Lough Erne Resort · Belleek Road, Enniskillen, Co. Fermanagh, BT93 7ED
Lough Erne Resort in Enniskillen hosts the Champion of Champions Junior Golf Tournament from Tuesday 21 to Thursday 23 July 2026, an event billed as the world’s biggest junior champions invitational. Around 250 young golfers aged from 6 to 19, from more than 40 countries, travel to the shores of Lough Erne to compete across multiple age categories on one of Northern Ireland’s most recognised championship courses, the same resort that hosted the G8 summit in 2013.
The tournament is run by MG Pro Golf and has built a reputation as a genuine gathering point for the best young golfing talent internationally, with age categories spanning from very young beginners up to golfers on the edge of adult competition. Across the three days, the resort’s championship layout, designed for tournament-level play, tests junior competitors on a course that regularly hosts senior professional and amateur events. For a small county town, it is a striking scene: a five-star lakeside resort filled with young golfers and their families from dozens of countries, alongside the usual resort trade of dining, practice facilities and a golf retail shop serving the competitors.
Lough Erne Resort sits on the Belleek Road a short drive from Enniskillen town centre, on a peninsula between Lower and Upper Lough Erne. The resort has its own parking, and Enniskillen, reachable from Belfast, Sligo and Omagh by road and Translink bus services, is the nearest hub for anyone travelling without a car.
A trip to watch the golf pairs naturally with time in Enniskillen itself, a short drive away on the lakeshore. There is more to see in Enniskillen and across Co. Fermanagh.
