Hullabaloo - Offaly's Children's Arts Festival

What to Expect

Hullabaloo is Offaly’s premier children’s arts festival celebrating its 19th year with 90+ workshops and family events across five towns during the October mid-term school break. Programming includes arts and crafts workshops, percussion and music, puppetry, circus skills, dance, live theatre performances, storytelling, film screenings and interactive creative sessions. Festival-themed around Halloween and imagination, activities engage children of all ages through hands-on, creative experiences.
