The Tralee Community Health Expo is a free, drop-in wellness event at the John Mitchels GAA Building on John Joe Sheehy Road, running for five hours on the afternoon of 16 August. It is organised by Life At Its Best, part of the Discover Truth group, and built around the NEW START framework, which walks visitors through a series of interactive stations covering nutrition, exercise, water, sunlight, temperance, air, rest and trust, alongside more conventional health screenings.
