Limerick City and County Council has published proposed material alterations to Variation No. 3 of the Limerick Development Plan 2022-2028, and is inviting the public to review and comment before the consultation window closes at 5pm on Monday, 24 August 2026. The development plan is the council’s core planning policy document, so changes to it affect how land can be zoned and developed across the city and county for the rest of the plan period.
