What to Expect

The Market Table dinner transforms the fountain area of Cork’s historic English Market into an intimate dining room. The menu is built around surplus and seasonal ingredients, prepared by sustainability chef Orla McAndrew in partnership with food waste charity FoodCloud. Bubble Brothers provides the wine pairings. This is a one-night event during Cork on a Fork Fest 2026 (12 to 16 August).
