Navan parkrun - Weekly Free 5K

What to Expect

Navan parkrun is a free, weekly timed 5K run held every Saturday morning at Blackwater Park on the banks of the River Blackwater. The course is 1.4 km per lap run anticlockwise on tarmac paths, with 3.5 laps to complete. Views take in Navan town centre and the ruins of Elliott’s furniture factory along the riverbank.

Good to Know

• Every Saturday at 9:30am, year-round. Free to participate but registration required once at parkrun.ie.

• Bring a printed or digital barcode to get your time recorded.

• Suitable for all paces - walkers are welcome.

• Post-run coffee meetups are a regular feature.

Getting There

Blackwater Park is off Windtown Road, Navan. Car parking is available at the park entrance.
