What to Expect

The NI Chamber Future Workforce Summit returns to Titanic Belfast on Thursday 17 October 2026. Over twenty subject-matter experts will share insights on the skills and people challenges facing Northern Ireland’s economy. Topics include the Good Jobs Bill, developing future talent, green skills, adoption of AI, healthy workforce development, cross-border mobility, and competitive advantage. The Economy Minister is expected to attend alongside senior business leaders. The summit is the most comprehensive employer-focused workforce event of its kind in Northern Ireland.
