Portadown Library is hosting a free drop-in social session - Tea, Newspapers, Chat and Connect - for adults on Thursday 12 June 2026, from 10am to 12 noon, as part of Loneliness Awareness Week. The session is informal and relaxed, offering a chance to read the papers, have a cup of tea and connect with others in the community. No booking is required.
This is one of a number of events organised by Libraries NI across the borough to mark Loneliness Awareness Week (9 to 15 June 2026) and foster a sense of community connection.
