The Spice Route Supper Club is a pop-up dinner held inside Rebel City Distillery on the final evening of Cork on a Fork Fest 2026. Guest chef Christopher Braganza of The Spice Genie serves a shared-table three-course South Indian-inspired meal, exploring the parallels between Indian spice traditions and the botanicals used in Rebel City’s Maharani Gin. The evening opens with a welcome gin and tonic and includes stories of spice and craft spirit production in the atmospheric setting of the working distillery. Over-18s only.
Rebel City Distillery is at Marina Commercial Park on Centre Park Road, approximately a 20-minute walk from Cork City centre or a short taxi ride.
