What to Expect

The Walled City Market runs on the first Saturday of each month at Guildhall Square in the heart of the historic Walled City. Artisan traders offer locally produced specialty foods including homemade jams, chutneys and sauces, artisan breads and cakes, organic meats, smoked fish, speciality teas, fresh pasta and seasonal treats. Alongside the food traders there are crafts, handmade gifts and children’s entertainment. It is a free-entry community market with live music adding to the atmosphere. Next dates in the 90-day window: Saturday 4 July 2026, Saturday 1 August 2026, Saturday 5 September 2026.
