At St Stephen's Green · St Stephen's Green, Dublin 2
Free yoga in St Stephen’s Green every Saturday morning from May through September. Dublin City Council runs this weekly outdoor session as part of their Active Dublin programme, and it has become one of the most popular free wellness events in the city.
The session runs for about an hour, starting at 10am. A qualified instructor leads the class, and the level is pitched to accommodate everyone from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. The setting is gorgeous - on the bandstand lawn in the heart of the Green, with old trees overhead and the sounds of the city filtered through the park.
Bring your own mat. If it rains, the session is usually cancelled - check Dublin City Council social media on the morning.
