At Armagh City Centre · Market Place, Armagh, Co. Armagh
Now in its 21st year, the Armagh Georgian Festival brings Armagh’s 18th-century heritage to life across four days. Over 130 artisan stalls, living history characters in period dress, horse-drawn carriage tours, portrait silhouette cutters, Georgian-themed culinary experiences and a Northern Ireland Opera performance in the Primate’s Chapel are among the highlights. The festival celebrates the architectural legacy of Archbishop Robinson, who commissioned many of Armagh’s finest public buildings from 1765 onwards. Georgian Day on Saturday 29 November is the main event, drawing around 30,000 visitors, with an evening lightshow called “Step into Christmas” at the Market House.
