Bronagh McAtarsney from the Irish Film Institute (IFI) Digital Film Archive presents a selection of archived folklore films from the North of Ireland and discusses their significance as primary heritage documents. The event is the October meeting of the Armagh and District History Group, held as usual in the Observatory Library. The Digital Film Archive preserves rare and historic footage recording Irish traditional life, culture and heritage.
