What to Expect

Armagh Men’s Shed is a friendly, welcoming community space on Coppersmith Entry in Armagh city, open to all men regardless of age, background or ability. Sessions run Monday to Friday from 10am to 2pm. Members work on woodwork, repair and make small furniture items, toys and craft pieces, and take part in community projects. The shed also runs courses in woodcraft, pottery, photography and copperwork.

With around 34 active members, Armagh Men’s Shed has built a strong community around shared activity and social connection. The shed has its own choir, which has performed publicly on various occasions. New members are always welcome.

  • Open Monday to Friday, 10am to 2pm - this is a permanent recurring community programme.

  • Located at Coppersmith Entry, Armagh city.

  • Free to join; no prior experience or skills are needed.

Coppersmith Entry is in Armagh city centre. The shed is within easy walking distance of the main bus stops on Scotch Street and English Street.
