The 13th Boyne Music Festival presents a programme of chamber music, jazz, poetry, tours and workshops across historic venues including Townley Hall and Slane Castle, from 23 to 26 July 2026. The 2026 theme is ‘Forgotten Spaces’, exploring places we inhabit, preserve and neglect through music and art. Artists include Lotte Betts-Dean, Paul Cassidy, Sholto Kynoch, Ioana Petcu-Colan and emerging composer Samuel Kane. The festival also features a photography exhibition, a documentary film screening and a poetry workshop with Kate Wakeling.
Dates: Thursday 23 July to Sunday 26 July 2026.
Venues include Townley Hall, Slane Castle and St Peter’s Church of Ireland, Drogheda.

Townley Hall is located near Tullyallen, approximately 5 km west of Drogheda on the south bank of the Boyne. Drogheda is served by Dublin-Belfast rail and Bus Eireann from Dublin.
