Cavan Pride 2026

What to Expect

The inaugural Cavan Pride event is a community march and celebration marking the first Pride event ever held in County Cavan. Attendees assemble at 12:30pm at Cavan Courthouse on Farnham Street before the march begins at 1pm. The route concludes at Market Square, where speeches run from approximately 1:45pm to 2:30pm, followed by community stalls and music at Blessings Bar. An evening after-party with a drag show takes place at the Imperial Bar from 9pm.

Getting There

Cavan Courthouse is on Farnham Street in the centre of Cavan Town, a short walk from the bus station on Farnham Street. Street parking is available in the town centre.
