Getting there

Carlow town is on the M9 Dublin-to-Waterford motorway, about 80 km south-west of Dublin - roughly an hour’s drive. Bus Éireann runs frequent services on the Dublin-Waterford route, stopping at Carlow bus station a short walk from VISUAL. Irish Rail connects Carlow to Dublin Heuston in around 75 minutes; the train station is also walkable. Street parking is available on Old Dublin Road, and Barrack Street car park is a few minutes on foot.
