KEMZ Tradefair Dublin

At Mountview Youth and Community Centre · Mountview Youth and Community Centre, Dublin

KEMZ Tradefair Dublin

The KEMZ Tradefair brings a full day of free community shopping and discovery to Mountview Youth and Community Centre in Dublin 15 this August. Organised by Kemztradefair, it gathers local traders, crafters, and small business owners under one roof - the kind of event where you are likely to find an emerging fashion label, a homemade food producer, and a local beauty brand all in the same room. It suits anyone who wants to support independent sellers, pick up something original, or simply spend a Saturday browsing without paying to get through the door.

What to expect

The fair runs from 10 am to 8 pm - a full ten-hour stretch that gives you plenty of time to arrive when it suits you rather than rushing for an opening. Stalls cover a wide range: fashion, food, beauty, art, and service providers sit alongside cultural vendors and emerging brands. The mix leans toward creators and online sellers who are moving into a physical space, so you are likely to encounter businesses you have not come across before. The atmosphere is family-friendly and the event is open to all ages. If you run a small business yourself, it is also worth knowing that this sort of community fair is a genuine networking space - there is an entrepreneurial thread running through the day alongside the shopping.

Getting there

Mountview Youth and Community Centre is at Lohunda Downs, Clonsilla, Dublin 15 - on the western edge of the city, well served by public transport. The Clonsilla train station on the Western Commuter Line is a short walk away, with trains running regularly from Connolly and Pearse stations in the city centre. Dublin Bus routes also serve the Blanchardstown and Clonsilla area. If you are driving in from outside Dublin, the M50 is the most direct approach - exit at Junction 6 (Blanchardstown) and follow signs for Clonsilla. On-site parking is free and available at the centre.

While you’re in Dublin

Dublin 15 is a lively part of the city with Blanchardstown Shopping Centre nearby if you want to extend the day, and Phoenix Park - one of the largest enclosed public parks in Europe - is not far to the south-east. There is more to see in Dublin and across Co. Dublin.
