What to Expect

A seasonal ceremony held at Lagore Studios in Dunshaughlin to celebrate the summer solstice - the longest day of the year. The 2-hour session, led by Tara Holistics, moves through breathwork, yoga, meditation, and a cacao ceremony. Doors open at 3:45pm and spaces are limited.
