Boyne Anniversary Service, Newtownhamilton

What to Expect

On the day of the County Armagh Twelfth Demonstration in Newtownhamilton, the traditional Boyne Anniversary Service takes place at 2nd Newtownhamilton Presbyterian Church at 3:30pm. Rev. John Noble, Grand Chaplain of the Grand Orange Lodge of Ireland, leads the religious service, which marks the Battle of the Boyne anniversary. The 2026 parade brings eleven district lodges together in Newtownhamilton, described by the Orange Order as the single largest annual Orange gathering.
