Conor Mallon from Keady, Co. Armagh is one of the leading uilleann pipers of his generation. A first recipient of the ACNI/BBC NI Young Traditional Musicians Platform Award and a Senior County, Ulster and All-Ireland Champion at Fleadh Cheoil na hEireann, Mallon’s debut solo album received international plaudits including a German Critics Award nomination and the NI Music Prize. He is joined by Jack Warnock and friends for this Boyne TradFest concert at McHugh’s Barrel Venue. Doors at 8pm.
