What to Expect

Conor Mallon from Keady, Co. Armagh is one of the leading uilleann pipers of his generation. A first recipient of the ACNI/BBC NI Young Traditional Musicians Platform Award and a Senior County, Ulster and All-Ireland Champion at Fleadh Cheoil na hEireann, Mallon’s debut solo album received international plaudits including a German Critics Award nomination and the NI Music Prize. He is joined by Jack Warnock and friends for this Boyne TradFest concert at McHugh’s Barrel Venue. Doors at 8pm.

This event is part of the SoundTown initiative, supported by the Department of Culture, Communications and Sport and Louth County Council.
