The South Ulster Sinfonia, a 60-strong community orchestra drawing members from counties Armagh, Down, Monaghan, Louth, Antrim, Tyrone and Fermanagh, closes its season with a concert inside St Patrick’s Church of Ireland Cathedral. The programme features Beethoven’s Symphony No. 1, conducted by Philip Walton, with leader Fionnuala Toman and viola by Michael McCaughley. The cathedral setting adds a reflective, devotional atmosphere to the classical programme.
