At Shambles Market at the Shambles Yard · Cathedral Road, Armagh BT61 7QX
ERA Dance Classics is an outdoor dance music festival held at the Shambles Yard in Armagh city, bringing back the sound of 90s and 00s club culture for an audience that lived through it the first time. The event is a two-day affair on the August Bank Holiday weekend - Saturday 29 August running 4pm to 10pm, and Sunday 30 August running 4pm to 9pm.
The 2025 debut edition was a single-day event that drew several thousand people and was described as a significant success by Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council, who approved a licence for the expanded two-weekend 2026 programme. A previous ERA event in August featured Agnelli and Nelson, Yomanda, Livin’ Joy (live PA), Midknight Thieves and Neal McClelland. The 2026 lineup will be announced closer to the event.
Food vendors with a focus on local producers will be on-site both days. Organisers expect between 2,000 and 3,500 attendees per day.
