At Multiple venues across County Armagh · Various - including Athletic Grounds, Dalton Road, Armagh, Co. Armagh
Every summer, thousands of children across Ireland swap their screens for a pitch, and the Kellogg’s GAA Cul Camps are the biggest reason why. The Armagh camps run from early July through mid-August 2026, giving primary school children aged 6 to 13 a week of Gaelic football, hurling, and camogie alongside their peers. Children are grouped by age and ability, coached by qualified instructors, and home by 1:30pm each day - a well-tested formula with a national reputation behind it.
Each camp runs Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 1:30pm, covering football, hurling, and camogie. Boys and girls take part together and no previous experience is needed. As part of the Kellogg’s sponsorship, every child receives a Cul kit on arrival - a jersey, quarter-zip top, and backpack. The 2026 season marks 15 years of Kellogg’s backing the programme, so there is a celebratory feel to it nationally this year.
County Armagh typically runs nine or more camp weeks across different venues. The principal venue listed is the Athletic Grounds on Dalton Road in Armagh city - the home of Armagh GAA and the largest GAA stadium in the north of Ireland, with a capacity of over 18,000. That setting gives the week a sense of occasion. Other county venues host weeks throughout July and August; the full schedule is listed at the booking page.
Booking is essential and camps sell out, particularly at popular venues in peak July weeks.
Armagh city is about 40 minutes by road from Belfast and an hour from Dublin via the M1. The Athletic Grounds on Dalton Road is easy to reach by car and has on-site parking.
