What to Expect

The Kells Saturday market runs weekly in the town centre, featuring local food producers, artisan food stalls, fresh baked goods, vegetables, and crafts. An additional market at Brendan Doyle’s Yard on Farrell Street also runs on Saturdays from 10am to 4pm, offering a broader mix of arts, crafts, artisan foods, and bric-a-brac. Kells is a historic Boyne Valley town with easy parking in the town square.

Getting There

Kells town centre is on the N3 Dublin to Cavan road, approximately 50 km northwest of Dublin. Parking available in the town square and adjacent streets.
