What to Expect

National Heritage Week 2026 in Carlow runs from 15 to 23 August with a varied programme of events celebrating the theme “Heritage At Risk.” Events include guided tours of Carlow County Museum, wildlife tours, lectures, music recitals, historical re-enactments and outdoor activities. Events take place at multiple locations across County Carlow. Most events are free of charge.
