What to Expect

Sample-Studios presents its annual members summer exhibition in the beautiful setting of The Lord Mayor’s Pavilion in Fitzgerald’s Park, Cork City. Over 30 artists based in the city show new and recent work spanning painting, sculpture, photography and mixed media. Artists in the 2026 show include Siobhan Collins, Joe Heffernan, Maitiú Mac Cárthaigh, Sinéad Barrett, Anthony Murphy, Colette Cronin, Tetiana Milshyna, Natalie Pullen, Chris Finnegan, Colette Mulholland, Leah Murphy, Mary O’Leary, Éadaoin Glynn, and many more. The opening reception takes place on Thursday 25 July, 7-9pm.

Getting There

Fitzgerald’s Park is on the Western Road in Cork City, a 10-minute walk from the city centre. The park is accessible by Bus Eireann routes serving the Western Road.
