What to Expect

Seamus Heaney HomePlace in Bellaghy runs a free Indoor Play session every Monday morning through the summer, a relaxed hour where children can play, colour, build with Lego and take part in simple craft activities in a supervised indoor space. It is aimed at younger children and welcomes all ages, though bookings are capped at four children per family group to keep the room manageable, and one adult counts as one booking.

The session runs weekly on Mondays from 6 July through 17 August 2026, with the exception of 13 July, meaning two sessions remain within the window from today: Monday 10 August and the final one on Monday 17 August. Because there are only 10 booking slots per session, places tend to go quickly, so booking ahead by phone or online is worth doing rather than turning up on spec.
