What to Expect

District 8, Dublin’s celebrated underground electronic music venue on Tenter Street, takes its club nights outside for summer 2026 with D8 in the Garden, a series of outdoor events held in the atmospheric Walled Garden at Palmerstown House Estate in Co. Kildare, just 20 minutes from Dublin city centre.

The series runs over two Saturdays in August 2026. On Saturday 1 August, Josh Baker makes his District 8 debut alongside Silva Bumpa and ElizaRose. On Saturday 8 August, Morgan Seatree headlines with very special guests. Both events continue the District 8 tradition of booking artists who sit at the cutting edge of electronic music, in a setting that is notably different from the warehouse aesthetic of the indoor venue.

The Walled Garden at Palmerstown House provides a lush, enclosing natural environment that creates a genuinely intimate festival atmosphere. The outdoor setting, quality sound and considered programming give D8 in the Garden events a unique character that has built a devoted following since the series began.
