The Iron Mountain Literature Festival brings together acclaimed writers, playwrights and musicians for a weekend of literary and musical events. The 2026 programme features celebrated Irish novelist Colum McCann, renowned memoirist Clair Wills, Palestinian playwright Ahmed Jamal and musician/composer Máirtín O’Connor. The festival celebrates the creative links between Leitrim’s landscape, its people and their cultural heritage.
