Neil Delamere brings his new stand-up show, “Reinventing The Neil”, to the Talbot Hotel Clonmel on Saturday, 26 September 2026. Delamere is one of Ireland’s most established touring comedians, a regular on RTÉ panel shows and a veteran of the Edinburgh Fringe, and this show is billed as new material, packed with tall tales and stories. Doors open at 7pm for an 8pm start, with unreserved seating on the night.
Delamere built his name through years of club and festival stand-up before becoming a familiar face on Irish television and radio, and his live shows lean on that background: quick, observational material with a strong streak of storytelling rather than one-liners. “Reinventing The Neil” is his current touring show, and audiences who have followed his previous tours can expect a similar mix of self-deprecating stories and sharp commentary on everyday Irish life, updated with new routines. The Talbot Hotel’s function room is a regular stop for touring comedy and music acts passing through south Tipperary, and shows here tend to be seated, indoor, and relatively intimate compared to a large theatre.
